Rebuilding after a fire destroyed the restaurant in late 2015, Mariljohn was proud to be asked to complete the commercial kitchen design and bar design for Sorrento Baths. Working closely with the owners, James and Helene Gibson, the end result is an amazing space, working efficiently and producing outstanding dishes. Whether its for a function or casual dining, the view is one of the best in Melbourne.
