Coppersmith Hotel

Coppersmith is an architecturally designed, boutique hotel with a bistro, bar and roof top retreat. The menu tips its hat to traditional pub food, prepared with quality fresh produce, sourced locally wherever possible. Mariljohn were both the kitchen designers and bar designers in this sophisticated urban oasis.
