Scott Pickett, chef-restaurateur, opened another masterpiece in Collingwood. He describes it as a “sexy French bistro,” we could not agree more! Once entering, it is as if you have stepped into Paris in  the 1920s with the vintage décor, spiral stair case, velvet curtains and the beautiful spin on classic French dishes.
