Pickett’s Deli

Continuing on from the outstanding result at ESP in Northcote, Mariljohn’s kitchen designers were once again privileged to be designing another kitchen space for one of Melbourne’s leading chefs, Scott Pickett. With a focus on quality food without the fluff, Pickett’s Deli was born. A rundown bakery in desperate need of some love, the transformation happened within a number of weeks. Stylishly designed in the front of house, the commercial kitchen out the back is a workhorse that is flexible to the demands of the day.
